Digital Fellow
Van Ness Creative Strategies is looking for passionate progressives who are college seniors or recent graduates for our Digital Fellowship position.
If you’re interested in pursuing a career in politics and digital strategy, this position is for you!
This role will include:
- → Copywriting for digital ads, fundraising emails, and SMS texts to mobilize the vote
- → Creating digital assets (graphics and gifs) around candidates and movements
- → Fundraising for major PAC clients and candidates
- → Assisting in strategic content strategy
- → Data entry and analysis
- → HTML coding for email
You should apply if:
- → Have some experience with or interest in digital ads, fundraising emails, or creative strategy
- → Have a thorough understanding of the national political landscape
- → Check the news and Twitter constantly for the latest updates
- → Are passionate about progressive organizations and causes
This fellowship requires at least 20 hours of availability each week, up to 40 hours. This fellowship pays $15 an hour. Our offices are currently hybrid, and we are prioritizing applicants that are able to work out of our Brooklyn offices two days a week.

Digital Associate
Van Ness Creative Strategies is looking for passionate progressives with at least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: email marketing, online ads, or social media.
If you’re interested in leading on digital strategy for awesome candidates and causes, this position is for you!
This role will include:
- → Copywriting for digital ads, fundraising emails, and SMS to mobilize the vote and raise money for awesome causes
- → Creating digital assets (graphics and gifs) around candidates and movements
- → Fundraising for major PAC clients and candidates
- → Assisting in strategic content strategy
- → Data entry and analysis
- → HTML coding for email

- → Have 1-2 years of experience with digital ads, fundraising emails, and creative strategy
- → Have a thorough understanding of the national political landscape

This is a full-time position that starts with a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. Our offices are currently hybrid, and we are prioritizing applicants that are able to work out of our Brooklyn offices two days a week.
